If road conditions are bad enough to make traveling hazardous, the office MIGHT close. We also might need to adjust our hours or change the location of your appointment.
If the office schedule is changed, or if the office is closed completely, we will make announcements on television stations WFMY News 2 and WXII News 12. Watch for Carolina Neurosurgery, P.A.
We will also attempt to reach patients by phone. We will NOT call to tell you that the office is open. The answering service will also be aware of any variations to the schedule. If you are in doubt as to our status, be sure to call the office before leaving home.

| We realize that road conditions will vary tremendously across the Triad. If you can not travel to your appointment because of road conditions, please call to let us know. You will not be charged for a missed appointment if you let us know you can not come.
Affected appointments will be rescheduled in the next available openings.
